2. David Crosby
Formerly of the group Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, the 75-year-old singer/songwriter enjoyed success with his last hit single “Southern Cross” in 1982. Along with acting and performing, Crosby released a solo album in recent years.
3. Frankie Valli
The tenor with the golden throat is now 82 but continues performing with the Four Seasons. Younger audiences best know him for his hit songs “Grease” and “Oh What a Night.” Along with his joy of singing, Valli has also ventured into acting and made recent appearances on The Sopranos and Hawaii Five-O.
4. Neil Diamond
With more than five decades in the music business, Diamond continues touring and entertaining fans. “Red, Red Wine” and “Sweet Caroline” are but two of the songs that he made famous and that have been re-recorded by other artists. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at the age of 70 and is currently 75.
5. Smoky Robinson
At the age of 76, Robinson continues performing live and writing music. He has written numerous hit songs for the Miracles, the Temptations and other musical groups. Some of his better-known tunes include “My Girl” and “Tears of a Clown.”
