For 25 years James worked for the Lockheed Martin Corporation, 11 of which he was a Quality Assurance Manager. He served by helping identify unique opportunities to improve quality and reliability by creating excellence in production in and administrative processes. These successes have always come from believing even the hardest problems have solutions and each is an opportunity to improve customer service.
James is a recognized leader, selecting the best people for the task at hand. He supports his team by making sure they have the tools and quality education programs they need to excel. James holds certifications in both Quality Auditing and Quality Engineering.

Maria was raised in an old Brooklyn NY Italian neighborhood called Old Mill / Spring Creek by her grandmother. She has attended both James Madison High School and Manhattan Community College majoring in Business Administration.
Maria personally understands home care as she was called to serve her Dad when he required assistance and quickly realized the physical and emotional toll it takes on a family when caring for a loved one. That experience started her career in patient care and while in NY she has held positions in medical billing, care coordination and personal relations where she focused on the needs of clients as well as the needs of the family members. Those combined experiences helped her realize the home care field was her passion and a best use for her skills and experience. Since relocating to Florida in 2012 she helped manage a Homecare agency before coming over to Home Care Assistance.
Today Maria is both proud and fortunate to be working at Homecare Assistance striving to provide the best caregivers and quality care that truly makes a difference in the lives of our seniors and their families’ lives.
Kathy Mascitelli RN – Administrator
Kathy Mascitelli is a Registered Nurse and brings a wide variety of experience to Home Care Assistance. Kathy has worked in hospitals and in Long Term Care as a Director of Nursing for 20 years. Kathy is passionate about assisting clients in finding a caregiver matched to help them age in place at home. She is ready to provide a personalized in-home assessment at the clients convenience to provide our clients as much information as possible and assure a smooth experience with the start of in-home care.
